STARTING SMALL IS GOOD

If you want to eat healthier, you can start by adding an extra portion of fresh food to your day, or replace a sugary treat with a fresh fruit you love. Small habits will lead to big changes.

REWARD YOURSELF

If you feel good with how your day went, reflect on what it was that made it a “good” day. Enjoy your evening doing something you enjoy, relaxation, hot bath or take some time to unwind in front of you favourite tv show.

DO THINGS YOU LOVE

If you do not like running, for example, don’t include it in your exercise/activity routine. Choose an exercise or activity you LOVE doing.

Choosing something you enjoy positively supports adherence.

LISTEN TO YOU BODY

You may have ignored your body’s needs so that you can finish your to-do-list, be “productive” or meet a goal. If you are feeling fatigued or “off” maybe it’s time to listen to the signs and do things a different way. Or, if you are feeling good, you are right on track for you!

Our emotions do not lie, they act as our inner compass in life.

Nutrition guidelines are set for you.

Whether you like to track your meals or prefer a more flexible approach, this plan has an option for you.

Skeleton meal plans are available, but I encourage you to eat foods you enjoy.

Yes, food you enjoy, no foods are restricted, only added.

Workouts

Gym, Home or combination of workouts which work for you and your lifestyle.

All workouts are uploaded to the Jenfitnessuk app for you to access at anytime.

The workout is personal to YOU.

Steps are a simple measure of daily energy expenditure. The step target will be set inline with your current output.
